TELOS is about your own inner transformation towards accomplishing all the above bottom lines in your organizations, groups, projects and teams. This would be fostered through an integrated transformational methodology, operating from a Global Centric way of working, as Collective We.

TELOS is a structured as well creative experiential workshop. A concentrated learning environment would be co-created. Evolutionary and Transformative models, frameworks, tools and experiential inputs would be shared. Participants would also be encouraged to explore these individually and collectively, based on higher wisdom and intuition.
 

Arul Dev:
Founder Director and CEO of People First Consultants, a HR Consulting Firm in Chennai, Arul Dev has 13 years of rich experience in Cultural Development, Training, Executive Search and Consulting. He is an accomplished Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani.

He has conducted various public and in-company workshops on Results Management, People Management, Art of Learning, Creating New Choices using NLP, Leadership and Managerial Effectiveness. He has worked with Dr Richard Mc Hugh on the intensive basic and advanced NLP Training in and outside India. He has been a consultant to progressive companies on Holistic Management Practices, Leadership and Employee Productivity.

Arul Dev has been trained in Spiral Dynamics by founder Dr Don Beck. He pioneered the work of EnlightenNext in India for two years. He currently researches on Evolving Organizations and conducts workshops on the same.

Bhavana Dee:
She founded the Auroville Village Action Group (AVAG) in 1983 and continues to direct this village empowerment initiative. AVAG carries out development work in 76 villages in and around the Auroville area covering a population of One Lakh. A resident of Auroville since 1971, she has served on Auroville's apex governing bodies. She presently participates in developing Verite Integral Learning Centre, an educational and healing community at Auroville. Born in New York, she studied at Northwestern University and New York University but prefers to say she studied at "the university of the road," travelling in Europe and India. She is a long time practitioner of Vipassana meditation, which she finds an excellent component of the Integral Yoga of Auroville.

Manoj Pavitran:
Resident of Auroville since 1995, Manoj is a student of the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo. An industrial designer from the National Institute of Design, Manoj is currently involved in software development for Auroville. He also supports and mentors Upasana Design Studio where principles of integral design are being explored.

Date: TELOS is a 2 day experiential and contemplative workshop. Friday, June 12th 2009 and Saturday, June 13th 2009.

Time: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on both the days.

TELOS is offered to you through a unique model. You can choose the amount you want to contribute towards TELOS Conclave!

As part of the Conclave we will be providing lunch, refreshments, exclusively-designed course material, note book and pen. We also wanted to have a venue which is different from a ‘regular’ workshop setup. Hence we have chosen a venue that is homely, simple and functional and at the same time has all the facilities required for the Conclave.

Contributions over and above the basic expenses of the Conclave and communication expenses will go to the following environmental, social and rural causes:
