People First training, workshops and consulting are experiential and transformative in nature. They are aimed at providing evolutionary perspective and facilitating inner and outer development of leaders and their organisations.
What is this tranquil flame? What is an evolving organisation?
Organisations often are measured and evaluated based on their growth, expansion and financial returns. While these are useful indictors, they do not put attention on the core essence that allows an organisation to fulfill its destiny. Within the hearts of the key people in an organisation is a collective aspiration; a living spark that guides the progressive unfolding of an organisation. It is this spark or living flame that holds the seed of the organisation’s destiny which needs to be constantly lit and kept alive. This spark is the very reason leaders create an organisation, but which often gets pushed back when operational pressures and expansion plans come in.
In an evolving organisation this living flame is kept nurtured every minute within the hearts of the key people. This flame moulds the people, processes, products and services so that the organisation develops a unique identity and culture. There is an increasing presence of truth, goodness and beauty and an increasing long-term loyalty and trust from the people and the society the organisation serves. An evolving organisation also taps increasingly into the domain of collective intuitive intelligence. In such organisations increasingly decisions and plans are based on collective intuitions that are received, honored and shared within.
To create Evolving Organisations transformation begins within the leaders. To understand this evolution we use the Telos model that provides a snapshot of the different states of consciousness and how these states can be transformed. It guides leaders in bringing their own inner flame to the forefront and learning to tap into the domain of intuitions. When the leaders embody this transformation, it trickles into the collective and the organisational evolution unfolds through their actions and decisions. Evolution of People First’s training and consulting services
Our training services have evolved over the years, in what now appears as three distinct and interrelated phases of increasing depth.
In the first phase we focused on providing training for managers in the areas of professional excellence and outer material success. We conducted workshops on learning, results & value management, people management and communication & empowerment. These workshops were based on behavioral sensitivity and skills development methodologies. We also consulted companies on holistic management practices and work force empowerment.
In the second phase we realized that for true outward excellence, we need to develop inner awareness and be able to change and harmonise our inner psychological processes. We started offering NLP based workshops as a tool for inner transformation. Workshops were offered for corporate executives, NGOs and students, in different parts of India.
In the third and current phase our experience and perspectives deepened further with the awakening awareness of evolution of consciousness. Our training and consulting services are now aimed at supporting organisation s to evolve to become aware of the deeper spark that ignites them and their unique destiny to fulfill in the world. We train leaders to understand, map and develop various states of consciousness in themselves and their organisation, through theTelos model, which is based on the vision and knowledge of Sri Aurobindo.
